Measure L Follow-up:

Measure L received 55% of the vote in November. Unfortunately, 2/3rd is required to pass a parcel tax. However, there is still a way for education and Measure L supporters to help by making a donation in the spirit of Measure L to the Auburn Education Foundation. The Foundation will then grant the money to the Auburn Union School District as part of its grant process. The grant process will ensure that the monies are spent in accordance with the language from Measure L. Click here for a letter describing the donation campaign and instructions on how to donate.

Measure L:

The Auburn Union School District has placed Measure L on the ballot for the November election. Measure L is a $59 per year parcel tax that lasts 5 years and will help raise substantial revenue for the district that cannot be taken by the state. For more information, please visit the Citizens for a Stronger Auburn - Yes on L web site at www.StrongerAuburn.com.
